Westerman scores 7,8 for employee satisfaction
Westerman Multimodal Logistics has once again conducted its employee satisfaction survey. This year, the survey achieved an impressive score of 7,8.
Westerman scores 7,8 for employee satisfaction
This is the second time Westerman has conducted an employee satisfaction survey. At the end of 2025, 253 colleagues completed the questionnaire, representing a response rate of 65.4%. This is a higher percentage than in the first survey at the end of 2024.
The average score was 7,8. Collaboration (8,2) and the Westerman App (7,8) scored particularly highly. At the same time, there are clear opportunities for further improvement. In the area of training and development, Westerman is working on a clearer range of training courses, better visibility of opportunities and more scope for learning during working hours.
